While walking in Arch Beach Heights today (perfect temperature for walking those hills, by the way), the fog started to roll in off the ocean at around 4 PM. Looking back at the homes and how they are tiered on the hillside overlooking the Pacific, it looked like it could have been a neighborhood in San Francisco. Seriously, you get some of the best views in all of Laguna Beach in many of these properties. They call Arch Beach “Entry Level” for Laguna Beach. It’s true because the prices are some of the lowest for single family homes in Laguna Beach. However, there are many advantages to the neighborhood, as well: You can get epic views; you are away from the downtown chaos; it is quiet and close to parks and trails. There is a lot to love about this little-known gem. Instead of “Entry Level,” I think of it more as “Balcony Level.”
