Have you seen how green the Laguna Canyon and the surrounding hillsides are with all the rain we’ve had this year? It looks so awesome! We’re expecting another big storm today and tomorrow (Yes!). What a welcome reprieve for our poor, parched Canyon. I took a picture showing the lush hills with the looming storm clouds just before the heavy stuff started. I snuck into the Nix Nature Center (shhhh – the park was closed due to poor trail conditions) and shot the photo attached here just minutes before the rain cut loose. Bring it on!
