Ken Robertson is a unique real estate professional: His gift for making personal connections is augmented by his professional background in institutional real estate investments, where he has executed billions of dollars in transaction volume on behalf of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors. Thus, Ken’s current clients benefit from his sophisticated insights as well as his careful, personal attention to those he serves.
A California native, Ken was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and grew up in south Orange County. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Long Beach, and his MBA from the University of Southern California, while deciding to pursue commercial real estate and eventually focusing on corporate real estate and office, industrial, and retail investment properties.
Ken’s career thrived as he worked for Heisman Trophy winner, NFL superstar, and real estate entrepreneur Roger Staubach; founded a shopping center development company; and made a significant impact for Newport Beach-based real estate investing giant Koll Bren Schreiber. In the process, he learned the nuances of south Orange County coastal cities, deploying creative and savvy strategies on behalf of sellers, buyers, and investors.
But, more than anything else, Ken’s passion for working with people has guided his career, creating unique opportunities for success over more than 25 years. He brings a distinctive blend of hard work, personal care, and an advisor’s mindset to every scenario. In his own words, “Each client’s success is a chance to make a difference and create trustworthy relationships that stand the test of time.”
